Six Months Of Lucy Moon!

Lucy has been talking so freaking much over the last three months. More and more each month!

She went through a short nursing strike at almost four months old but is back to nursing like a champ.

We believe she might possibly be teething now, we've had a couple of rough days with her in pain.

Lucy did a small giggle with Rudy at four months, and now giggles constantly.

She had her four-month check-up back in February and got some shots. She barely even cried.

I started extending her wake windows and it has been nice being able to spend more awake time with her.

Lucy sleeps 9-10 hour stretches through the night.

We offer her a dream feed just before Rudy and I go to sleep.

Lucy really enjoys hanging out in her crib and loves talking to her Cuddle and Kind friends.

She is finally reaching for things and is doing so well with hand-eye coordination.

Lucy has started to roll from back to tummy every once in a while.

She is always so active.

Lucy moves around a ton especially when she's playing she'll go from one spot to another since she throws her legs up in the air all the time.

She is officially in size one diapers haha.

Lucy still wears 0-3 month clothing but starting to outgrow some pieces and is fitting into some 3-6 month pieces.

She knows how to remove her binky and puts it back into her mouth.

Recently we started putting her in her bumbo seat and she now enjoys it more.

Lucy loves kisses from Bowie, she just loves her puppies.

At five months she found her feet and tries to put them in her mouth. While doing that she also rolls side to side all while holding onto her feet.

All of Lucy's hair started falling off in March, it was pretty wild but then quickly started growing back. We think she might have reddish-brown hair.

She loves sitting up especially in her high chair since we built it we put her on it a couple of times a day for her to get used to it. We even put some toys on the tray and she really enjoys playing there.

Lucy looks like she really wants to start crawling while she's on her tummy. Her legs never stop and she lifts her bottom half up in the air to move forward.

We introduced a couple of foods (avocado and sweet potato) to Lucy so once she begins solids it won't be a complete surprise.

Lucy has her six-month check-up this month and after that, we will begin doing Baby Led Weaning with her.

I cannot believe she has been on this earth for half a year already. I will never get sick of saying this but time is truly insane. Even on the days that feel like they're so long and neverending, I have been enjoying every single minute of being Lucy's mom. She has been the best baby I could have ever asked for.
