Last week we had some of the hottest days in years in the Bay Area. We were very much in the middle of a heatwave. As hot and gross as that was it couldn't have happened at a better time. Rudy had the entire week off from work, still using up his daddy leave weeks, and we decided to blow up and fill up our swimming pool to take Lucy swimming for the first time! When I say Lucy loves bath time it's an understatement, so I just knew she was going to enjoy swimming with both her mom and day. Here's a load of really cute photos from Lucy's first swim.
It's so wild to think back that a year ago from this day we were also enjoying summer and swimming, but Lucy was in my belly. Time is so crazy. I can't wait to enjoy more summer days with this little lady. Life has been so much fun with her in it.
