Glossier: Brow Flick Review

Wow, the last time I shared a review on my blog was two years ago! Where has the time gone? For today's post, I decided to do a little review on a new product release from Glossier, their newest brow product, the Brow Flick. I was very excited when I first saw sneak peeks about this product ba…

My Travel Makeup Line-Up!

I wasn't planning on sharing the makeup I'm taking to my trip to New York City but very last minute I decided to go on ahead and make a separate post for it. A lot of the products I travel with tend to change over time and at this point, I carry the least amount than ever before. (I expect this to be a quick and to the point kind of post!) In this post I wanted you guys, of course, to join me as I pack my makeup for my trip but to also show you all my essential makeup line-up.

How I Embrace A Minimal Look

If I don't already sound like a broken record, then I will now. I don't enjoy wearing a lot of makeup as I once did. I'm not sure if this has to do with age? The last few years my makeup routine has only become more and more minimal as the time went on. Lately, I have really been embracing a more minimal natural look and I couldn't be any more pleased with the outcome. I've also been very lucky that my skin has been treating me so well which really allows me to be very minimal with my makeup. Recently I picked up a few new products and I have been using them religiously. Today I am going to share with you the products I have been absolutely loving and constantly reaching for in order to embrace a minimal look.

My Travel Makeup Bag!

Today I am going to have you guys join me as I pack my travel makeup bag. Since I'm going on a trip soon, I thought it would be a fun idea to show you guys what makeup products I usually take with me when traveling. In the past, whenever I had a vacation coming up I would always over pack everything. I wanted to make sure I had everything I needed in case I wanted to use it while on vacation. Most times I wouldn't touch the extra items I packed. After countless trips, I began packing fewer items and now only carry the bare essentials. I've even downgraded the size of the makeup bag I carry. Since the way I've been applying my makeup has been very minimal over the last year or so, this came very easy for me to limit what I pack. I did want to add that some of the products in this post are not cruelty-free. These products are still in my collection and I'm still using since I do enjoy them. I haven't repurchased any products that are not creulty-free. Now without further adu, let's start.

My Brow Must Haves

Eyebrows; something that has become so important in the makeup world over the last few years, who would have known. Back in middle school and high school, I was guilty of over-plucking the crap of my brows. I had no idea what I was doing and I would be left with a baby line of hair. Since I started messing with my eyebrows way too early in life they no longer grow. They remain very skinny and because of that, I've always been kind of self-conscious about them. (Don't get me wrong, I still rock them bare and natural all the time.) Clearly, I was never an expert when it came to eyebrows, and still, I don't consider myself to be one. However, I have learned a lot about drawing and filling them in within the last couple of years. After months and months of searching, I discovered what types of products worked and didn't work along with finding out my preferred tools to use. In this post, I am going to share all the products I use and must have in order to achieve my perfect brow!

Glossier: Wowder Review

Today I finally have for you guys a review on the new Wowder powder by Glossier. I have been completely head over heels for Glossier lately and once I found out that they were releasing a loose powder early August I nearly lost my sh*t. I was a bit on the fence whether I needed this or not, but like most girls can relate, I managed to make an excuse that I needed it, and asap! I was intending to share this post before August ended but as I already mentioned time slipped right through my hands with my move. I just had to talk about this powder that I shared some of my thoughts in my August favorites. Nonetheless, I decided I still wanted to go ahead and share a dedicated post to this powder because it deserves it. Also, I have been using it for about a month now and I know exactly how I feel about it and what methods work best for me. Now without further ado, let's move on in to my review.
