Spring is Here

It officially feels like Spring in the Bay Area and I'm so happy about this! I was so over the rain we kept having and was itching for warm sunny days. The weather on Easter Sunday was excellent as the beautiful day was specifically for the Holiday. It was perfect, to say the least especially after spending the entire day before traveling off and on an airplane coming back home from our trip. Rudy and I wanted to take advantage of the lovely weather and spend a couple of hours outside. We ended up having the same idea as many other people and headed to the garden. We walked around, enjoyed all the beautiful blooms around us, and snapped a few outfit photos. Here are some of my favorite photos from Easter.

B2 Coffee

Welcome back to another Food Series post! I've been trying to break up my coffee shop visits so I won't bore any of you with back to back lattes in my feed. Could you blame a coffee lover for trying? Before I dive in and begin sharing food posts of the places I visited while I was in New York, I wanted to go back and share with you my visit to B2 Coffee. A very cute, laid back coffee shop located in the heart of San Pedro Square in Downtown San Jose!

Voltaire Coffee House

Happy Friday, and welcome back to another one of my Food Series post! Today we are visiting  Voltaire Coffee House, a coffee shop that is located in downtown San Jose. Let me just say that I was immediately impressed with this place. I absolutely adored the aesthetic of this place, wood table plants all over the place. It was such a simple little place and gave off such a calming vibe. Let me show you what all the fuss is about.

Christmas In The Park

Christmas in the Park is an annual event that has been held in Downtown San Jose for as long as I can remember. The magical tradition first started up in the 1950s by Don Lima who wanted to bring the Holiday spirit to the community. As the years went by he started adding more to displays along with making them even bigger as the crowds grew. It has been an annual tradition for so many families to visit and since moving back to the Bay Area I told myself I would attend as many traditional events as I possibly can. I never want to miss out on anything in my city or take anything for granted again.

Winchester Mystery House

Back in June, Rudy and I visited the Winchester Mystery House. I have lived about fifteen minutes from this place my whole life and I never been to it, although Rudy had visited before. We've always talked about making a day to go but to be quite honest I'm not sure what took us this long. Spontaneously one day Rudy suggested we go take the tour and I'm so glad he did since the weather was great and the mansion wasn't packed.

Hello Kitty Cafe

The Rose Garden

The first time I visited the Rose Garden was ten years ago, and this was when and where my High School graduation took place. Last Saturday Rudy and I headed over there to spend the early afternoon walking around and enjoying the nice weather. I'm so happy that we finally made a visit here bec…

Foods Series: The Cheesecake Factory

I decided that I want to start sharing some of mine and Rudy's favorite places to eat at. I guess you can call this a new series that I will be featuring on my blog. We love to eat out it was one of the things we would most do when we barely started dating. Now we rarely eat out except for onc…
